Kerry’s essays and articles on Alzheimer’s have been published in The Philadelphia Inquirer, MariaShriver.com, The Star Ledger, The Main Line Times, WHYY NewsWorks, and Parents ExpressSearching for Light in Alzheimer’s Darkness, was published as the cover story of The Philadelphia Inquirer’s Currents section.  Her op-eds America at a crossroads with Alzheimer’s disease, Pat Robertson raises questions about Alzheimer’s: Fight or flight? and Celebrating what remains after Alzheimer’s diagnosis were published in The Star Ledger. The article, “How to talk to your kids about Alzheimer’s” was published in Parents Express.

Life Lessons from a Baker’s Dozen is a tribute to my mother, Bobbie Lonergan, an incredible woman who raised 13 children and possessed an infinite capacity of love, strength, faith and patience to get through each day and who now struggles with the devastating effects of Alzheimer’s disease.
